Blinc Capital provides the opportunity for investors to gain access to commercial property assets through an investment in a fund. By investing in an unlisted property fund, investors receive units in a Trust Fund, which holds the assets managed by Blinc Capital, an independent, professional property investment manager.

Blinc Funds Management Pty Ltd as holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) 517824 are authorised by Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) to operate a funds management business, in particular, property based managed investment schemes.

Blinc Funds Management are licenced to provide the following financial services:
  • General financial product advice on interests in managed investment schemes and securities;

  • Issuing interests in managed investment schemes and securities;

  • Dealing in general insurance products and basic deposit products; and

  • Providing a custody service, in connection with the operation of its managed investment schemes

Australian Financial Services Licence No. 517824

Financial services will only be provided to wholesale clients, as that term is defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

As an independent real estate agent, Blinc Capital are a truly independent property advisory firm, with the ability to act directly on behalf of their clients. Blinc Capital can also leverage their position in the selection of an appropriate third property service provider.

Due to their independence and freedom from any perceived conflict of interests, from franchise or related party brokerage agreements, Blinc Capital are unencumbered in selecting third party property professionals best suited to the transaction or service required.

 

Blinc Pty Ltd, trading as Blinc Capital is a holder of a Triennial License RA77592 and is certified by the Western Australian Government to carry on the business of Real Estate and Business Agent in accordance with the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978.
